Friday Favorites
I am loving this Spring weather and all of the wonderful things that come with it. Spring is full of hope and possibilities. Here are a few of my favorites this week! Oatmeal has never been my favorite, but these overnight rolled oats are so good. I put 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of almond milk in a small mason jar and put it in the fridge at night. The next morning I pop the lid off and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then add my berries and honey and it. It's perfect to take with me to school if I am running behind! Our first baby calf of the year was born this week! Watching her run and try to keep up with her sweet momma is the best. This boy passed his permit test this week! It is quiet an ordeal to get a permit in Oklahoma these days, so it feels like a huge accomplishment. I can't wait for him to drive me around everywhere!
